This is a cooling gel. The only thing it is missing is a deflating ingredient to deflate eye bags. Most people want the bags reduced

This product is great for the undereye puffiness. Noticed results after just a few days. Would recommend this coming in a smaller dispenser like some of the value beauty eye products as a little goes a long way and this jar last forever. More repeat business and more in line with similar products to package smaller. Love the product tho.
