  Yes, very silky smooth lips , definite hydration and it did plump my lips even dough i couldn't notice it by just looking. I had to take before and after pictures and I have this small little pimple like on my lip and it plumped beyond that and smooth it out. My lips turned out soft and glossy . Non stick formula like it said in description and plump, its gradual like the description.
