The shipping time takes forever, granted it’s during the COVID-19 pandemic. However the shipping times vary and aren’t consistent. I made 1 order (a sample) over two months ago and haven’t received it yet. But on the other hand, one order I made 3 weeks ago (with specific labeling) I just received yesterday. The items look every cheaply made. It suggests I could price the lash and brow serum at $40 and I can not price it at that. It’s too cheaply made. The stickers on the bottle isn’t even, there’s no smell to the serum. It’s just there. I’m extremely disappointed.

A Sweet –
I’m overwhelmingly disappointed in my experiences with this white label company. I initially purchased 24 of this serum a few months ago. The serum itself I liked and was excited to sell to my clients, especially as COVID continues to limit personal care services. But I need to redo my labels and haven’t yet listed them for retail. I hastily approved a design (my fault I was stressed losing 80% of my income) that upon receiving the product it just looks awful. The font size for the product name overpowers the logo, it’s just not aesthetically pleasing at all and regardless,. I’ve since completely rebranded and emailed the company several times, including the Art Dept directly, to inquire about new labels, even suggesting placing another order and asking if I could order additional labels and shrink bands to replace the labels I’m not using. No reply, NOT ONE. I have private labeled for 7 yrs, work with 6 reputable labs — 5 of which are true private label, and one other that is white label like Onoxa. My line is currently at 30 products and I was truly excited for this serum. The overall experience has been the worst I’ve had with a company in 10 years as an esthetician. No response to address concerns or needs of an account holder who has already spent money… but do I ever receive an inbox of spammy marketing emails every other day. I decided I would make my own label replacements as I label 90% of my own anyway, when I immediately saw a difference in ingredient dec from what is shown here vs what is listed on the product I received, yet no email mention ever of reformulation just tons and tons of marketing emails. Unreal.
